This fully automated, high-speed line assembles single-use syringes with retractable needles of different gauge sizes and length. The various module of the line includes the plunger, needle, barrel, O-ring and buffer modules. A unique vision system enables the inline inspection of O-ring sealing position; assembly height; and blocked, bent or missing needles.
