E-NOVO is cost- air/feed water absorbs heat released effective as it uses HPHE technology in its design to turn waste heat into useful energy efficiently. It is separated into 2 compartments and consists of a series of vacuum tubes with a working fluid inside. Heat transfer is accomplished through the evaporation and condensation of the working fluid. Such phase change heat transfer is highly efficient and results in the super thermal conductivity of the heat pipes.
From this patented technology, acid dew point can be avoided and there will not be any cross contamination. Furthermore, the heat exchanger is practically maintenance free with no movable parts.
Other benefits of E-NOVO applicationinclude a cleaner environment, with reduction of carbon dioxide discharge reaching 750 tons/year; and substantial fuel savings. For example, using E-NOVO heat exchanger to increase the feed water temperature of a 11-ton/hour boiler by just 30ºC, a fuel savings of about S$85,700* can be achieved yearly.
